Well, this was my first read by Jennifer Ryan and it won't be my last. This quite an enjoyable story with an adorable hero. He was so sweet and kind to the heroine. Very loving guy. Great story!I picked this one up because I want to read the third in the series because it has one of my favorite tropes: secret baby child! At Wolf Ranch is the first book in her new Montana Men series. This was a good story. The beginning of this book is heartbreaking. But as the story goes on I learned that what you see is not always what you get. Ella is not the party girl that the world thinks she is. She is one tough cookie who is willing to do anything to find the truth. A truth that might just get her killed.
There was so much packed into this book, and I loved every minute I spend reading this story. Ella, and Lela are twin sisters. They have been raised by their uncle after their parents died. raised is a lose term. He had the cook, and other people actually take care of the girls. Ella, and Lela are about to inherit the company when they turn 25. Ella's phone rings and she can over hear her sister fighting with her uncle. Having read and loved Jennifer Ryan's "Dylan's Redemption" I was looking forward to reading more from her, even though these two books belong to a different series.I have to admit that I'm torn about this book and the rating because some parts were great, while some others made me wonder if it was the same author who wrote Dylan's Redemption.
