Honestly, I enjoyed the story...but I really wish the author had utilized a proofreader. And an editor. There were So. Many. Typos. It was distracting. And some sentences didn't even make sense. It was just poorly edited. I might have continued with the series if it hadn't been so bad, but I was so annoyed by the end of this book that I just cannot continue.Neat, tidy, and enjoyableI used to think Cyrus was too prefect, but that issue, and many cliffhangers were neatly resolved. There were still one or two things that weren't adequately explained, and the story was still accompanied by the author's penchant for incomplete sentences. The ending, action, and continued story were fabulous and leave me wanting to read more!
I just finished The One, the last book in The Selection trilogy before I read this book, and I found it a sore disappointment. So I approached this book warily, since I ADORED the first two books and was afraid the ending would bring everything to such a lame conclusion like The One did. But lo and behold, this book....THIS BOOK....it's everything I couldn't have dreamed would wrap up the trilogy. FAR better than my wildest expectations. Now this is how you wrap up a magnificent trilogy, on the
What an absolutely beautiful conclusion to a thrilling trilogy!Queen of Cahraman starts off where we left in Prince of Cahraman: Ada and Cora are left dealing with the consequences of Ada's decision to hand over the lamp to Nariman, and looking after a stony Ayman.Ada is left having to be as resourceful as she was prior in Ericura, stealing to survive. Her luck is starting to run out though, with the guards being hot on her trail and her ring not working as she had hoped. An unexpected jailbreak
Everything I've been hoping for in the finale of this epic trilogy and way more. I got so many twists and turns and shocks that kept me reading so fast I was left exhausted at the end. Good exhausted though, fully and totally drained and satisfied. Wow, what a ride!Everything was perfect, the deepening world building, the new characters (Esfandiar...I want one!!!) the deepening of every single character and the love story between Ada and Cyrus became the stuff of legend like Ada once said. I
Now this is a truly satisfying ending for a brilliant trilogy. I can't believe how much Lucy Tempest put into this final installment, yet still made it fly by. The pages turned themselves, and I want totally immersed in that wonderful universe she created to the point I feel I've been there, seen it all myself. And the characters I feel I now know them all personally, and I love them all. Even the bad ones!SO much to love in this series, so many twists, so many mysteries planted so cleverly
Fantastic ending to the Cahraman trilogy. Everything I hoped for and more! Can't wait for the next books in the series!
