You remember people you love and some you... don't.This was what reading After Midnight was to me. Having just finished the whole In the Company of Shadows Series, I wasn't ready to say goodbye to this world and that's the reason why I continued right away with After Midnight since it's a spin-off of this series. I loved the main characters in this book! (Well, not quiteReview deleted because the author may have have misrepresented themselves as ownvoices and accepted cash gifts from fans under potentially false pretenses. And on an unrelated note, this cover is flipping terrible. They should have stayed with the original one.

A spinoff of two characters that I completely forgot about between the ICOS drama and intervening years since I read it.
