Relation Toward Books Scars of War (Modern Tales of Na Fianna #3)

After the events on Samhain Eve things have calmed down for High King Eamon and his Fianna. The Unseelie Court is under new rule, and Eamon is happily married—and with an heir on the way! But just when it seems like things couldn’t be better, reports of changelings keep coming into BPAFF (Bureau of Protection Against Fair Folk). With the risk of children being changed out in their cribs, especially when a royal heir is weeks from being born, Eamon enlists the help of Aeden Mac Cool, Commander of Na Fianna, and Cassandra Whalen, Director of BPAFF, to deal with the threat before it escalates. Riots, Faerie rebels, and road trips with the King of the Unseelie—it’s just a typical day, right?

Piece Out Of Books Scars of War (Modern Tales of Na Fianna #3)
Ah! How did I not review this! This is all about mah boy Aedan and it's the story I've been wanting since book 1 and I adored every second of it. Even as it ripped my heart out. Also, I lowkey started shipping Cas and Aedan in book 2 when they had like 2 seconds in a scene together. *shrugs*Aedan has all the issues, but he's working through them. Cas also has things that she's dealing with it, but I love how they came together and helped each other find some sort of closure. I just wanted more

All the elements I enjoyed in the first and second books were present in this one - the humor, the camaraderie, the Fae related quest. The focus this time was baby related (hiring the perfect nanny, preventing the royal baby from being switched with a changeling). I also liked the way it showed Aedan recovering (book, by book) from his scars of war. Yet for some reason I didnt enjoy this one quite as much as the first two books. I thought Aedan and Cass were a bit mean to the Goblin King, who

Scars of War: Modern Tales of Na Fianna, Book 3 I recently read all three of these books pretty much back to back, and here's the Cliff's notes. While being totally not my usual thing, I did find them oddly addictive. There were a lot of flaws, especially earlier-to-later, clearly tracing the writer's growth. Some people might not be able to get past that; but if you're able to read with an open mind and a big pinch of salt on 'what should be' I found these tales fun and entertaining, in a way

Weve got a nefarious changeling plot, cute Faerie children, awesome warriors, snark and humor, and of course an epic and amusing road trip. :D MY FAVORITE. I had a splendid amount of fun reading this book. :D As with any third-book-in-a-series, some things are hard to discuss without spoilers, but I shall do my best to be careful...I love how

========================Update as of April 30, 2019 A.D.========================Wow, this thing's brilliant. Just stuffed with incredible writing, it is.========================Update as of July 5, 2018 A.D.========================This is just exactly the reason we need an Oberon Appreciation Month. That being said, this is my favorite work of fiction ever, along with Harry Potter #1-7 (maybe I like it even more than some of them [*gulps and gasps loudly*]). At least I think it is. My poor ol'
