Chronicle In Pursuance Of Books Ghost Killer (Ghost Seer #3)

From the bestselling author of the Celta novels and the Ghost Seer novels...

Something wicked this way comes…

When her aunt died, level-headed accountant Clare Cermak inherited a fortune—as well as a phantom dog and the power to help ghosts move on. Her new gift led her to Zach Slade, a sexy private investigator with a unique psychic gift of his own, and the man who’s slowly opening her heart. But as they work toward building a future together, a sinister threat emerges.

An evil ghost is ravaging Creede, Colorado, threatening to devour the spirit of an innocent boy. Inexperienced in facing such a powerful ghost—and knowing her spirit, too, could be ripped away—Clare still can't refuse to help. With Zach’s support she uncovers the ghost’s identity, and the ancestral weapon required to slay it. But does Clare dare to use that weapon before the ghost destroys the man she loves—and her own spirit?

Write-Up About Books Ghost Killer (Ghost Seer #3)
I enjoyed it but everything seemed rushed! The three stories in this series have occurred in less than a month with little down time between them for Clare to learn about her gift. This evil ghost, I'm not sure how it got so powerful that it could kill living beings. The sex scenes were at awkward times when Clare and Zach should have been girding themselves to fight this evil entity. And the vampiric ghost killing knife! I think that was crazy that Clare had to bathe it in her blood!

I really enjoyed this third in the series. I feel each book pulls me deeper into Clares world of ghosts, her new life and how she handles the changes.Seventeen days ago Clare Cermaks life changed forever, she gained a psychic ability from her aunt that helps ghost pass on. Her timeline is the end of the 1800s and often finds herself visiting towns that have deep old west histories.Zach Slade works for Rickman Securities and has been beside Clare since they met, also about seventeen days ago. He

I enjoyed this Third Book in Ghost Seer, adding the Info on the time and Place is Good.Have to say it... Enso is a good addition in all of these books. Enjoy the stories of where and when these Ghosts come from, hoping that we learn who the Other is/Was... Like little Caden. Only thing not overjoyed with is that the time line for all of Clare's projects are so rushed since she first got her gift. Wish Zacks mom would be a little more with it.. Wondering if they will ever do something with his

Colorado Present DayWith the sudden frantic appearance of her ghost Labrador, Enzo, early one morning at Clares lovers apartment, its obvious that something is about to drag Clare, and her lover, Zach, into yet another ghostly assignment. Sure enough, the Other appears in Enzos eyes the advisor who nastily informs her of what she needs to do. Whoever, or whatever, the Other is, he never gives Clare quite enough information, but expects her to figure it out for herself. As a newly minted ghost

Review at The Book Nympho.http://thebooknympho.com/2015/02/anne...Ive REALLY enjoyed this series. It has more romance than most urban fantasy and I like that. I love a situation where a couple is together and works together on their problems or mystery or adventure. I rated each of the first two books, GHOST SEER and GHOST LAYER, as 5 stars. I dont recommend GHOST KILLER as a standalone book.Ghost Seer review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...Ghost Layer review:

This joint review was originally published at The Book PushersMarlene: So far, Ive been part of the Book Pushers review team for the first two books in Owens Ghost Seer series, and while I always enjoy Owens, I found the second book in the new series better than the first. This is good, it means that the author is on an upswing!Unfortunately, the third book in the series was more like the first than the second. I like the setup of this series and find all the leads engaging (especially the ghost

I agree with some of the other reviewers that this was not nearly as good as the first two books. First, the personalities of Clare and Zach are stiff. The author mentions that Clare is "serious," and that basically just means lacking any sense of humor or spark of liveliness. Endless discussions of Clare's neatness and ability to organize (I have that too, but I can assure you no one is interested in having me give them numerous examples of it) makes for dull reading.Second, hardly anything
