As simple As is Seems is an excellent book. Sarah Weeks is an outstanding author, she writes very descriptive and entertaining books. I would give this book a 5/5. As simple as it seems is a about a young girl named Verbena Ellen Colter. Her life takes her through many uncovered stories and crazy adventures. One day Verbena Uncovers a deep family secret that would change her life forever. Inside Verbenas mind was anger and frustration. She didnt know why or where it came from. She couldnt figure

too much internal suffering for one small girl without consequences for the things that were genuinely her fault or anyone actually trying to intervene. I remember liking this a lot more the last time I read it.

Moms are wonderful. But sometimes their children cant deal with all that wonder. And sometimes I dont blame them - too much love can feel suffocating if youre not ready for it.
